People on the left (or right) that want more efficiency, renewables, or greenhouse gas reducations should be against this bill. The $380 million dollars this bill will cost over the next 20 years would get many times the savings if it focused instead on more efficiency and more cost-effective renewables. People on the left (or right) that want more efficiency, renewables, or greenhouse gas reducations should be against this bill.
