" Authority in matters related to the academic mission of the University is vested in the faculty by the Board of Trustees." So my question is: Did the Senate sanction this move and if they didn't, is the President overreaching in his actions? (Sometimes I don't think he can help it...) I tried to email the contacts on the Senate page but I got no response.
